A much-needed relief road in Lincolnshire has finally opened, months after it was actually completed. The Bourne bypass has remained cordoned off because of a dispute between the local council and the builders. The new stretch links the A15 Lincoln to Peterborough road with the A151 from Grantham to Colsterworth.
