Based on the platform of the forthcoming 157 saloon, which we revealed in issue 824, the car will get an elegant exterior, taking its cues from the stunning Brera concept seen at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show. Slim headlamps frame the trademark Alfa grille, while a deep front bumper completes the new front end. Sculpted flanks lead up to the curved rear, which has a low window, similar to the show car.

It"s the news E-Class fans have been waiting for! Mercedesò€™ E Class Coupé is ready to hit the road... And our exclusive images show the CLK replacement will be near identical to the concept that inspired it ò€“ the Fascination, seen at the Paris Motor Show. The minimal disguise canò€™t hide the angular design, with sharp creases down both sides plus a rounder outline than the current carò€™s.

Styling cues will be taken from the latest C-Class range, while the large front grille and tail-lights are borrowed from the CLS. Inside, the new coupé will be a proper 2+2, with more room in the back than the model it replaces.

Engines are expected to be carried over from the C-Class, with the line-up including a new 2.2-litre four-cylinder BlueTec diesel. This delivers 201bhp, and is tipped to be a top seller.
