Only 60 of the special...

Only 60 of the special Arnage R-based cars will be sold - and a mere 19 have been earmarked for the UK. New 19-inch alloys, 60-year Union Flag badges and the Flying B mascot - last seen on the radiator of a production Bentley in the Seventies - mark out the rare model.

The maker plans to build 400 Diamond Series Continental GTs. In standard guise, the GT already has the largest-diameter brakes on a production car, but it"s set to get carbon ceramic anchors - a Bentley first. Huge 20-inch alloys also identify the special, which is based on the Mulliner Driving Specification. The Flying Spur also gets in on the act, as it"s available with the Mulliner Driving Specification for the first time. This brings drilled alloy pedals, diamond-quilted leather seat facings and a burr walnut or piano black veneer inside.
