British firm MG Rover has raised in excess of í‚á£100million for developing new models by selling its parts business to Caterpillar Logistics (UK). The latter firm has been running the operation for the Longbridge maker since 2001 from its Leicestershire base. An MG Rover spokesman said owners seeking spares won"t notice any change.
