Custom car builder Ronn Maxwell claims this is the worldò€™s first environmentally friendly exotic car -- it has an special engine that includes an onboard converter that turns water into hydrogen and injects it with petrol into a 3.5-litre Honda V-6. Called the H2Go the engine is the first of its type and attracted serious attention at this year"s event. Maxwell claims the car will reach 200 mph and have a fuel consumption of 50 mpg. (40mpg US)
